Scott Beecher started working at Ward Diesel Filter Systems in April of 2007 as Vice President. In 2013, he purchased the company along with several other manufacturing companies.
As President and Owner of Ward Diesel Filter Systems, Scott helps coordinate health and safety efforts across the Fire and EMS industry. His goal is to drive awareness of the serious health issues facing firefighter and EMS personnel.

Dave has more than 30 years of experience in sales, inventory control, business development, and sales management. He joined Ward Diesel in 2023 and serves the Northeast and South Central states.
Mike joined Ward Diesel Filter Systems in 2019 and brings more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, customer service, new business development, and sales.
He is passionate about helping Fire and EMS departments protect their teams from harmful diesel exhaust exposure.
Michael started his career at Ward Diesel Filter Systems in 2019. He began in inside sales to learn the product and was quickly promoted to Midwest Regional Sales Manager.
Tony joined Ward Diesel in 2024 with more than seven years of fire industry sales and account management experience. A former firefighter/EMT with the Kissimmee Fire Department in Florida, Tony serves the Southeast Region.
John has more than 23 years of experience in sales, inventory, marketing, and sales management. He has been in the fire service industry for more than 40 years and is passionate about firefighter health, safety, and training.
Jim brings more than 30 years of fire and rescue experience to Ward Diesel. He became a Ward Diesel customer in 2008 and later joined the team in 2022 as a Regional Sales Manager.
His hands-on user experience helps him connect real-world operational needs with effective product solutions.
Pat has more than 40 years in the fire industry. He joined Ward Diesel Filter Systems in 2013 as Regional Sales Manager of the Southeast Region and has been a member of IAFF and Florida Professional Firefighters since 1980.
John joined Ward Diesel in 2024 and brings more than a decade of sales experience. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to his community and supports a variety of charities and fraternal organizations.
